Program Director, LaToria (Tori) Brown

My name is LaToria (Tori) Brown and I am the newest member to Community Heart Feed The  Need. I’ve been in the Inland Empire for over two decades impacting the community by being  of service as a Teacher for a non-profit organization. I’m outgoing, energetic and love hanging  out with my family in my free time. My fiancé and I have 5 beautiful children, 3 girls, 2 boys   and a dog.

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to build upon the solid foundation that community heart  brings to further the education of sustaining a healthy lifestyle. I’m ready embark on this new  journey and begin partnering within the community to teach families how to grow healthy foods.

I have an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and Science and Bachelors in Applied Management.  Working in education will always be my passion, so working as Program Director with  Community Heart Feed the Need, felt like a calling.

My favorite quote is by Rita Pearson, “Every child deserves a champion: An adult who will  never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insist they become the best  they can possibly be”.

This program can bring just that and I feel fortunate enough to be apart of this organization to  make a change that starts within the community.
