Our Mission

 Community Heart strives to provide multiple programs and services that help reduce food insecurity, teaches youth and community how to be more sustainable, creates little farmers within the community, encourages growing own food sources, and much more. Community Heart's goal is to have families and youth grow at least 20% of their own food.
